Classic English and Italian puddings are done to perfection, and the chocolate twist is Valrhona’s Guanaja 70 percent. There are other such incarnations in Hong Kong, but this is the only one worth writing home about, and amazingly, is the most affordable. Don’t wait for a special occasion – treat you senses and sense of style to this piece of Parisian decadence.
