Vegans need not despair in this city of ox tongue, pigs hands and chicken feet. Loving Hut is a fast food outlet with nary a beefburger in sight. There is plenty of pork and chicken, but all of the tofu variety and very convincing too.
Set up by self-proclaimed guru Ching Hai, whose visage is beamed in via her personal TV station Supreme Master Television. The address is Hennessy Road, but you’ll find it on the extra lane between Hennessy and the tram-line (Johnston Road). Open 7.45am until 9.45pm.
