Italian gelato is now in seven locations around Hong Kong, including a Central and a highly convenient Star ferry pier spot. The all-natural gelato comes in hundreds of unusual flavours including Lavender, Honeylemongrass, Rose Petal and Hong Kong Milk Tea at varying times of the year.
The zero preservatives or artificial colourings is one big bonus but another is XTC’s ethical policy of never supplying a restaurant that serves shark fin. XTC also says it uses less fat than other commercial brands, but don’t count on it if counting calories. Oh and its open until 2am Friday and Saturdays.
