The man and his coffee are true institutions in Hong Kong, and while a single cup of mediocre coffee will set you back HK$31 anywhere else, a half pound of house blend in Olympia will cost you only HK$30.
Ho Shui-Kai will make you a single cup if you ask – try it and never turn back. Many old customers, now ex-HK still order his freshly ground coffee even though the postage costs more than the delicious beans themselves.
